MONTROSE Resort & Hotel, Montenegro

Project “Montrose” is resort & hotel complex planned on Lustica peninsula, overlooking the entrance to Boka Bay. The complex is intended to be developed in several phases (clusters).

Cluster 1 consists of approximately 16,500 m² Hotel and Spa located on the hills of Lustica, overlooking 94 branded residential units and 20 villas, gardens and marina/yacht club with supporting facilities. Total Cluster 1 area is about 160,000 m².

In brief, general design strategy of this unique project is based on interchange of interior and exterior spaces – inside & outside approach, forms and shapes integrated in natural environment combined with beautiful gardens, great views of the sea and natural vegetation, variety of holiday & leisure activities, sustainable design, local materials – all designed to offer luxurious & refined tranquillity…
