Promenada Shopping Mall

PROMENADA Shopping Mall will be situated at one of the most attractive locations in Novi Sad, at the corner of Boulevard oslobodjenja and Boulevard cara Lazara. Being surrounded by the Vojvodina Sports and Recreation Center, known as SPENS, and the Karadjordje Stadium, this shopping mall with its planned sports facilities will perfectly fit into the surrounding, and at the same time will offer a pleasant shopping and leasure experience for entire family, ensuring a full range of products and services in one place.

It will host about 150 tenants, including a large supermarket in the underground part of the building, as well as a cinema and restaurant facilities on the second floor, which will be, in addition to the plateau in front of the mall, the main gathering point for visitors. Parking for vehicles will be provided on two underground and six aboveground floors.

The urban-architectural concept design of the shopping mall was selected through an international competition organized by CRE International.

The Client engaged CRE International to perform Project Management, Cost Management, Construction Supervision, Technical control of design documentation and Tenant Coordination services.
